Salt Lake Photographer Rub a Dub dub

Rub a dub dub cute baby in the tub.  When I find great light i always fall in love.  you never know where or when you’re going to find it.  I first learned this from one of the great children photographer’s in the country audrey woulard.  I think it was on her first website that she had a photograph of a kid or baby (I don’t remember which) that had been taken in a bathroom, you’d never be able to tell that from looking at the photo.  The light was gorgeous, like in every photo she takes.  I learned how to spot great light from her, and you never know where you’re going to find it.  I always keep any room in the house open as a possible location for a photo shoot.

I was watching Ziggy playing in the tub, and it was just the right time of day.  Just enough sun in the sky to come streaming through the window into the bathroom.  Creating the perfect bathroom session.  I ran and grabbed my camera hoping to catch some photos of Ziggy before he lost his interest in his bath tub blocks.  I was thrilled that he sat still in the tub for five to ten more minutes and I caught the fun photos above.   maybe tomorrow I’ll catch some in the kitchen. ~red
