I am winding down with interviews.  2 more and it’s time to pick.  I know that will be the hardest part of the process.  I had fun today taking photos of my interviewee today.  We share our favorite color.  The best color.  red.  I am a fan of his red sunglasses, and his very curly, very dark hair.  I’ve always wished for curly hair.  although I think I have finally given up on perms  (who knows).  I think I most impressed when he did a karate kick without falling down the steps.  He talked about doing a handstand, but I think he made the right choice.  not doing one.  Today our little mini session what on the steps of Salt Lake City’s 9th and 9th’s pilates studio.  It wasn’t my favorite photography spot so far, but I do like the color of the building, as well as it’s boxy shape.  lots of modern angles throughout the architecture.  The light was so, so.  But that had more to do with the time of day, and the height of my subject.  The sun was peeking over the top of the building and kept creeping right into my lens, causing some not so good sun flare.  I was careful with my camera angles and it all worked out.  -red
