Salt Lake City Photographer Hula Hoop Portraits

I met this amazing hula hoop dancing chick at a pie and ear party (say it the right way and it kinda sounds like pioneer party…).  I was watching her dance while hula hooping and knew I had to get some photographs of her awesome talent.  I snagged her number at the party, we played an intense game of phone tag.  Today  we met for some super awesome hula hooping.  I asked her if I could take a peak in her closet to pick out the right clothes for her to wear for the shoot.  I was delighted to see a giant pink tutu staring me in the face  completely perfect.  Then she pulled out the perfect purpley tights.  Double Perfect!  I love it when everything comes together just right.  I left her to change while I went outside to adjust my camera settings.  When she comes out she shows off her shiny gold tennis shoes.  Triple perfection!  Put that all together with a rainbow hula hoop and nothing can go wrong.  She put on some groovy tunes to move to while she danced her hula hooping magic.  And the rest is history.  :)  ~red
