Amazing day today. Went location scouting again and found some new spots that I LOVE!!! And some spots I was surprised to find that even though the architecture and surroundings were perfect! the light just wasn’t cutting it. we did some test shots at Tucci’s in Trolley Corner and they turned out great! You never know where good light might find you.
We ended our location scouting day at what will hopefully be my new natural light studio. Actually we were in a model, the one that would be my studio won’t be built until January. But we went by to test the light. Perfection. Even on an overcast day the light was great. The very last photo above was shot in the kitchen. I can’t wait to be able to call one my own. sigh. ~P
-Tucci’s has excellent food and service by the way. If you haven’t been there go and try it out. Seriously I had dinner there this evening and YUMMY! They’re located across the street from Trolley Square on 700 east. Best Italian in Salt Lake City!!!! In my humble opinion. 
I visited Salt Lake’s Broadway Stroll on Friday and found a bunch of awesome local businesses. I will talk about them in the order I posted the photographs.
I had a blast working with these fabulous ladies today. Thank you for getting up so early in the morning to have some session fun with me. I know sleep overs aren’t nearly as fun when you have a wake up call for a photography session the next morning. :) I received no complaints from the peanut gallery though, they were exceptional subjects.

Here are more Salt Lake City location photographs as promised. I’ll be going location scouting every week, I’m excited to get to know Salt Lake on such a creative level. Yesterday we went all over the place, and my model did an excellent job, she didn’t complain about the super heat once! I can’t wait to bring test families to these locations to build a portfolio to show prospective clients when they they ask about the best place for a session. I’m looking for families who are willing and able to travel to Salt Lake City and do a session with me at a location of my choice (there will be no session fee).
